It's been almost 5 years since I moved to Spain from Germany. After spending all my savings on parties and restaurants for the first summer, I suddenly only had 3 euros in my pocket. I had to come up with a solution: I worked 10 hours a day in a supermarket for €25 and packed boxes. After the first week I bought food for €75 and invested the rest in a poker tournament. After 10 hours I won the tournament, quit the job the next day and could breath up with now having some savings. I directly sent my resume to various companies to start working somewhere… Comment if you want me to continue the story in the next post... How crisis affects our business I am often asked by customers, partners and friends how we are dealing with all the crises in the last 2 years.

The Corona crisis is making business very unstable because you have no real security as to whether everything will close again tomorrow. This of course makes travel more difficult, which in turn affects business as we depend on our customers.

Still, enough money is being printed by the crisis that people with money are more afraid of inflation than, say, not traveling. Prices go down, people can't pay off their mortgages and have to sell, which in turn makes buying interesting for an investor. Small business are closing, others are opening and the big ones are getting bigger. A normal process of a market purge.

And vacation rentals? We're seeing a boom in vacation rentals as people have extreme pent-up demand for vacations after isolation. Turnover here have tripled...

YouTube videos are a great marketing tool to show the property to thousands of interested people at once. That means doing thousands of ‘property viewings’ with only one video.

I started making videos, with the desire to deliver quality content for real estate buyers. I was searching for a long time to find the right videographer, as I was looking for a certain quality with some details. We were lucky that just at that time one talented videographer was looking for a serious job. I discovered my talent showing real estate in videos and started learning from my mistakes and we took video production to a new level with every video. Each time we came up with new tricks and scenarios. We are still learning and getting better.

What about inflation?

Everyone is now talking about high inflation. I wrote an article on our website about the risk of high inflation more than a year ago. We now have the highest inflation rate in over 30 years. This was easy to predict - first the pandemic, now the coming energy crisis. Uncertainty in the market, no recovery in sight. Inflation is calculated monthly between 7% and 10%, while the real inflation rate is calculated at 20%. Prices rise faster than wages, wiping out citizens' wealth. The rich get richer, the poor and middle class suffer. Fortune is pushed from one side to the other.

Real estate is being bought like crazy as inflation protection. The high number of real estate sales in our zone is comparable to 2007. The last world finance crisis was 2008. Now what?

💲 Cryptocurrencies crashed! 🔥

The US Securities and Exchange Commission sued crypto exchange Binance, the operating company of Binance.

US and Binance founder and CEO Changpeng "CZ" Zhao over allegations of violating federal law.

According to the SEC:
Binance, Binance.US and CZ offered unregistered securities to the general public in the form of the BNB token and the Binance-linked stablecoin BUSD, the lawsuit also alleges that Binance's futures service violated securities law.
